Every lighting design starts with seeing the property in the actual light it lives in. We meet you at dusk, walk the grounds with you, ask about how you use the space, what you want guests to see first, what you want to feel like when you pull into the driveway at 9 PM.
By the end of the walk you'll have a sense of what's possible and a rough budget range. No quote yet — but no fluff either.
Within five business days we come back to you with a full design package — a fixture plan overlaid on your property, fixture specs and color temps, control system recommendations, and a fixed, line-item quote. No surprises and no scope creep.
For larger architectural projects we'll bring sample fixtures to your property and do a temporary live demo so you can see the actual effect before signing.
Once you sign off and the deposit is in, we order the fixtures for your design — commercial-grade brass and copper. Fixture warranty: (your warranty here).
We schedule your install for a fixed date and confirm site logistics — gate codes, dogs, sprinkler systems, anything we need to know about underground utilities.
Our install crew runs low-voltage cabling under landscape beds and along structural lines — clean, hidden, and serviceable. Transformers go in inconspicuous spots, all connections are waterproofed, and every run is documented on a wiring map you keep.
We protect your beds and turf, communicate every day we're on-site, and clean up before we leave each evening. Most installs run one to three days.
The lead designer comes back to your property after the install is complete, after sunset, and dials in every fixture — beam angle, focus, color temperature, dimming level. This is the magic step. We aim, we step back, we re-aim. We make sure your property looks the way the design promised it would.
You walk through it with us. We tune anything you want tuned. Final payment is due once you're satisfied — not before.
